Our Services

Ductwork Cleaning

The duty to comply with the new Health & Safety Regulations concerning ventilation system maintenance and Cleaning has been in force since January 1st 1996. So yours should have been cleaned at least twice since then if it is an old system.

Kitchen Extract Cleaning

The need for specialist cleaning of extract systems will depend on the level of usage of the cooking equipment, types and quantity of cooking and other risk factors such as vulnerability of the system to ignition and of the building and its occupant/users to system fire, hygiene, vermin and mechanical hazards.

Risk Assessments

RRAMS is an acronym for "Rapid Risk Assessment and Monitoring Software". This form of Data collection is a sophisticated database system designed to accurately and methodically record the status of the ductwork, as well as the costs into an electronic air hygiene log book.

Free Internal Surveys

If you do not know the route your ductwork takes above a difficult ceiling or an area with restricted access, but wish to establish visually the state of the system, we can explore up to 10% of the ductwork system with a CCTV robotic crawling camera and produce a visual representation and short written report of the recommendation and observations. The pictures are colour and are recorded onto DVD.

Air Hygiene Logs

What exactly is an Air Hygiene Log-book? It's an ingenious, but surprisingly straightforward way of keeping up to date with your necessary Air Hygiene requirements and provides a hard record of services as backup protection.

Biociding & Disinfection

Disinfection alone will not give you compliance with the new recommendations and the system must be cleaned first. Disinfection is applied by the means of a fine biocide mist or it is fogged into the supply system immediately after the clean.
